Who are the Spark Droppers?

Spark Droppers is a group of essential oil users who LOVE Young Living and LOVE helping others learn more about essential oils. We are a family of friends, some new, some old, who honor each other’s journeys and enjoy learning together! We are excited to have you here and can’t wait for you to start your journey with us. There are several ways to connect, so please contact the person who told you about our little family of oil users and they will get you into our various educational groups. Who are we? We are moms, sisters, wives, friends, grandmas, and even a few guys mixed in (we love our oily brothers!) We are introverts, extroverts, dog people, cat people, vegans, meat-eaters, pretty much we are such a wonderfully diverse group that you will be surprised at how much you can learn. What Are Essential Oils?

Essential oils are the life-force of plants. They help the plant to regulate itself and add health and overall wellness. These oils can work in much the same way for us. There are three ways to use essential oils: aromatic, topical, and internal. It takes 20 minutes for essential oils to reach every cell in your body from the time you apply them. There are around 100 trillion cells in our bodies, and one drop of essential oil contains over 40 million trillion molecules! This means every single cell in our body, in 20 minutes, is covered by 40,000 essential oil molecules. Each bottle is labeled for proper use. 


  • AROMATICALLY: Smell the essential oil directly from the bottle or use a cold water diffuser by dripping 4-6 drops into the water to diffuse for 1-4 hours. Place a drop into your palm and cup over nose to breathe in the aroma.
  • TOPICALLY: Place a drop into your palm and rub the essential oil on the back of the neck, bottom of the feet, wrists, spine, or anywhere there is a need. Add carrier oil when needed.
  • INTERNALLY: Only use essential oils that are labeled for consumption from the Vitality line. You may add a drop or two into an empty capsule and top off with a carrier oil, use a drop under your tongue, add a drop to a glass or stainless steel water bottle, or combine a drop with honey or another edible item.

Essential oils have hundreds of uses per oil! Below are a handful of ideas to get you started. To learn about all the other uses, join our educational groups online or feel free to ask! We have lots of great resources to help you on your essential oil journey.

  • Frankincense: Calming and focus; perfect for skin support. Add one drop daily to the nape of your neck.
  • Lavender: Great for calming and focus! Add 6 drops to your cold-water diffuser before bedtime.
  • PanAway: Amazing for a cooling sensation. Apply one drop to shoulders and lower back after a workout.
  • Peppermint Vitality: Uplifting and opening. Apply one drop to your hand, cup over nose, and breathe deeply.
  • Stress Away: Calming and focus; helpful for rest. Apply 1-2 drops on wrists during the day every 4 hours.
  • Lemon Vitality: Uplifting and brightening. Add one drop to your water for a refreshing experience.
  • Copaiba Vitality: Mental clarity and focus; great for soothing. Apply one drop to the back of the neck for better focus.
  • Thieves Vitality: An immune support must! Add 6 drops to your cold-water diffuser during the day.
  • Raven: Opening and relaxing. Rub one drop over chest and neck for a soothing experience.
  • DiGize Vitality: Supports digestion. Rub one drop over abdomen as needed or drip a drop under your tongue.
  • Citrus Fresh: Cleansing and purifying. Add a few drops to your diffuser to freshen the room.
